Director & Europe, Middle East & Latin America & Climate Solution Lead at Anthesis

Jono Adams is currently the Director & Europe, Middle East and Latin America & Climate Solution Lead at Anthesis. Prior to this, they were with the Anthesis Consulting Group from May 2014 to December 2019, where they were an Associate Director. From February 2011 to March 2014, Jono was with SecondNature Partnership as an Associate Partner. And before that, from October 2005 to January 2011, they were with KPMG as a Sustainability Manager. Some of Jono's major achievements include managing the EHS due diligence delivery of numerous landmark transactions including the acquisition of Westinghouse nuclear (>£250k in fees) and the restructuring of AMEC (>£100k in fees); being awarded as a KPMG 'emerging leader' (a scheme to develop exceptional performers with identified significant potential); successfully implementing a key team role to develop a new advisory service area focusing on Private Equity portfolio companies; and acting as Head of Environment Policy for the Civil Aviation Authority responsible for implementation of Aviation EU ETS and Single European Sky in addition to strategic advice on their future environmental requirements as an aviation regulator.

Jono Adams completed a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Nottingham. Jono then went on to complete a postgraduate degree in Spanish Literature from the University of Granada. Jono also holds the NEBOSH General Certificate from Knox Grammar School.

Jono Adams reports to Brad Blundell, Managing Director, Europe, Middle East & Latin America.
