Paul Kearns

Paul Kearns is currently the Director and Service Line Leader for Sustainable Packaging at Anthesis Group, starting in March 2023, leading a team focused on sustainable packaging solutions. Previously, Paul served as Sustainable Development Manager for Plastic Additives at Milliken Chemical and held multiple roles at BASF, including Business Development Manager for Printing, Packaging & Adhesives. Other significant positions include Vice-President of Marketing and Business Development at Exopack, where strategies for profitable growth and sustainability were prioritized, and Marketing Manager at both International Paper and Union Camp. Paul’s early career included substantial savings initiatives as a Senior Buyer for International Paper and service as a Lieutenant in Submarine Warfare with the US Navy. Paul Kearns holds an MBA in Organizational Effectiveness from the University of New Haven and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
