Skye Lei

Associate Director, North America at Anthesis

Skye Lei is the Associate Director of North America at Anthesis. Prior to joining Anthesis, Skye worked as a Sustainability Consultant at Workday, where they helped the company meet its Net Zero Carbon goal by 2021. Skye also worked as an EDF Climate Corps Fellow at Live Nation Entertainment, where they developed a preliminary Greenhouse Gas inventory for the company's US-based concert venues and identified potential areas for GHG emission reduction. Skye is passionate about helping businesses achieve their sustainability goals and is committed to making a positive impact on the environment.

Skye Lei has a master's degree in business administration with a focus on sustainability and social justice from Presidio Graduate School. Skye also has a master's degree in systems engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor's degree in general engineering from Harvey Mudd College. In addition, they are certified by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program in LEED AP, BD+C, by the Urban Permaculture Institute San Francisco in Permaculture Design Certificate, and by the Board for Professional Engineers as a Professional Engineer, Mechanical. Finally, they have an ITIL v3 Foundation Certification from the Information Technology Infrastructure Library.

They are on a team with Jason Pearson - Executive Director & Solutions Leader, ESG & Sustainability Strategy - North America, Lisa Nelowet Grice - Executive Director, Sustainable Products, Packaging and Circularity, and Amanda Pinyan - Associate Director, North America. Skye Lei reports to Chantelle Ludski, Chief Executive Officer, North America.
