François Ravet

François Ravet is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and finance within the medical device and manufacturing sectors. As the Group COO at ANTHOGYR SAS since May 2013, François has successfully implemented distribution models in China, Brazil, and Europe, while optimizing the supply chain and service rates under ISO 13485 and Lean management principles. Prior to this role, François held various leadership positions at Zimmer, where responsibilities included integrated supply chain management, operational excellence, and financial oversight. François also served as Chief Financial Officer at Strafor-Facom, driving significant improvements in EBIT and restructuring efforts. Early career experience includes a managerial role in audit at PwC. François holds an MBA in Finance from NEOMA Business School and a Bachelor's degree from the Institut d'études politiques de Lyon.
