Elizabeth Gleason

Elizabeth Gleason's work experience began in 2000 as an Administrative Assistant in Occupational Health at ESSO UK LIMITED. From 2001 to 2006, they worked at QinetiQ as a Human Factors Consultant, where they were responsible for Human Factors Evaluations of all land-based platforms in the British Army, among other projects. From 2012 to 2016, Elizabeth was a Partner at English Tea Ladies. Elizabeth then worked as a Teacher Aide at Iroquois Central School District from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, Elizabeth joined StraussGroup - Executive Search Consultants as an Executive Search Consultant until 2019. Elizabeth then worked as a UX Designer at Campus Labs from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Principal User Experience Designer at Anthology Inc since 2019.

Elizabeth Gleason has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in ergonomics from Loughborough University, which was obtained from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in industrial design and technology from the same university from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in areas such as accounting, delegating tasks, leading productive meetings, cultivating cultural competence and inclusion, cultivating a growth mindset, hiring an employee for managers, onboarding new hires as a manager, and coaching and developing employees from LinkedIn.
