Jonathan Pitone

Jonathan Pitone has extensive work experience in global customer support, leadership, and vendor management roles. Jonathan is currently working as the Vice President of Global Support at Anthology Inc, where they lead a diverse, global team in providing support to educational institutions. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Global Customer Support at Veritas Technologies LLC for six years, where they directed a large team in providing technical support to enterprise customers worldwide. Jonathan also has experience in leadership roles at Intuit and Washington Mutual, where they managed customer support, vendor relations, and contract negotiations. Throughout their career, Pitone has demonstrated a focus on enhancing customer experience, driving efficiency, and generating revenue through referral programs and strategic partnerships.

Jonathan Pitone earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Political Science from Principia College, completing their studies from 1988 to 1992.
