Kevin Margul

Kevin Margul has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in HRIS and computer technology. Kevin is currently working as the Director of HRIS at Anthology Inc, starting in 2023. Prior to this, Kevin held the position of Senior HRIS Manager at BISSELL Homecare, Inc from 2021 to 2023. In this role, they led a team of four professionals and developed new processes to support the organization's growing HR technology portfolio. Before that, Kevin worked at Amway from 2010 to 2021, where they held multiple positions including Manager of Global HRIS, Supervisor of Global HRIS Support, Lead Business Systems Analyst, Senior Business Systems Analyst, and Senior HRIS Analyst. Their responsibilities in these roles included providing global support for various HRIS modules and systems, managing integrations, and serving as a project lead for regional implementations. Kevin also has experience working at Bronson Healthcare as a Senior HR Specialist, HR Compensation Specialist, and HR Information Systems Specialist from 2000 to 2010. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Computer Application Instructor/Coach at Sarcom in 1999 and held computer technician positions at Western Michigan University from 1995 to 1999.

Kevin Margul has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Western Michigan University. Kevin also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource Management from the same university. In addition, Kevin has obtained a certification in the Amway Global Leadership Certification Program (ALCP) from Davenport University in 2016.
