Nathan Olson

Nathan Olson has a diverse work experience in IT support and management roles. Nathan started their career as an IT Hardware Staging Manager at Allcost Communications, where they managed inventory, procurement, and disposal of assets. Nathan then moved on to PepsiCo as an IT Project Management and Technical Support Specialist, overseeing installations and managing vendors for multiple locations. In 2019, Nathan joined The School District of Palm Beach County, where they served as an IT Technical Operations Field Support Team Lead and later as a Senior Technical Analyst, providing support and oversight to schools' IT technicians. Currently, they are working as an IT Support Team Lead - Hardware Depot at Anthology Inc.

Nathan Olson has completed an Associate of Science degree in Computer Networking and Internet Technologies at Lincoln Tech. Nathan also holds an Occupational Associate Degree in the same field from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, Nathan has obtained certifications such as Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from Udemy, Troubleshooting Common PC Issues for Users from LinkedIn, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) from Microsoft.
