Paul Jacobson-Miller has a diverse range of work experience in the field of higher education and student affairs. Paul currently works as the Customer Success Product Lead at Anthology Inc since January 2024. Prior to that, they were an Assessment Adoption Consultant at Anthology Inc starting from July 2020.
Before joining Anthology Inc, Paul worked at Campus Labs from June 2017 to July 2020, where they held the role of Student Affairs Assessment Consultant & Survey Design Specialist. In this role, they provided technical and functional support for strategic planning, learning outcomes management, and assessment efforts. Paul also offered consultation on survey and assessment design for various campuses.
From June 2012 to December 2016, Paul served as the Assistant Director of Residential Life at Emporia State University. Their responsibilities included creating and implementing educational and programmatic initiatives in the on-campus residential communities, with a focus on new student orientation and resident assistant training.
Prior to that, they worked at the University of Delaware as a Complex Coordinator from July 2009 to June 2012. In this position, they oversaw a first-year student complex and managed various initiatives related to environmental sustainability, assessment, marketing, and sexual assault prevention.
Paul's earlier experiences include working as an Assistant Residence Life Coordinator at Kansas State University from August 2007 to July 2009. In this role, they supervised resident assistants and managed the daily operations of a first-year student building. Paul also held multiple positions as Practicum Student, Multicultural Assistant Adviser, and Project ABC Coordinator during their time at Kansas State University.
Additionally, Paul served as a Graduate Student Representative at NASPA - Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education from March 2007 to July 2009. Paul started their career as a Head Resident Assistant at Beloit College from July 2004 to May 2007.
Paul Jacobson-Miller holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Student Development from Kansas State University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration at Beloit College from 2003 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, Paul has recently become a Getting Things Done Certified Trainer through Crucial Learning in 2022.
