In the early part of his career, He dealt with site acquisition and disposals for a major national housebuilder and applied that knowledge acting for housing associations. With 40 years experience acting for registered providers, his aim is to achieve the best outcome for a variety of development acquisitions, where HE can guide clients through an acquisition from start to finish setting up the site properly to sell and raise finance. HE have also led on and completed 12 housing stock transfers.
