She is an associate in the governance and commercial department. She acts for a diverse range of clients including charities, social businesses and registered providers of social housing. She can advise on a range of issues including the formation of a not-for-profit organisation, incorporations, mergers and restructures, governance and constitutional issues, interactions with regulators in England and Wales, director/trustee duties and responsibilities. She have a particular specialism in faith-based charity governance and charity property trusts.

Prior to joining Anthony Collins Solicitors, She trained at a firm in the North West and spent a number of years post-qualification developing a specialism in charity law. She have experience in working with a range of not-for-profit organisations and have been an advisory committee member of a church property trust corporation. In her spare time, She is on the board of a large voluntary adoption charity which operates across the North of England. She also champion the careers of future lawyers as a mentor for law students studying at the University of Law.
