Norma Calderon has over 24 years of work experience in quality assurance and operations management.
From 2020-present, they are currently the Head of Quality Assurance at Anthony Marano Company, where they are responsible for compliance to regulations, certifications, and customer requirements. Before McCain Foods, Norma worked at Chiquita from 1996-2008, where they held roles in quality assurance, fruit processing, vegetable processing, and quality systems.

Norma Calderon has a Bachelor's degree in Food Science & Industry, Business Operations from Kansas State University. Norma also holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Natural Sciences from Morton College.
