Caitlin Farrow

Caitlin Farrow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, policy, and public affairs, serving as the Director of Strategy and Influencing at Anthony Nolan since September 2019, and previously as Head of Policy & Public Affairs. Caitlin's work includes a significant tenure at HIPZ as Vice Chair, Trustee, and Project Manager until December 2023. Additionally, Caitlin has held leadership roles at Peabody, including Head of Strategy & Research, and has contributed to local governance as Senior Policy Officer for the London Borough of Newham. Caitlin began a career in research and media at the Office of Diane Abbott MP and has academic qualifications that include a Postgraduate Certificate in Health Research from the University of Aberdeen, and an MA and BA in Sociology from the University of Nottingham.
