Katie Gudgeon

Katie Gudgeon is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR business partnering and organizational development within healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Anthony Nolan since April 2022, Katie collaborates with various divisions, including Engagement, Fundraising, Technology, and Finance & Resources. Previous roles include positions at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Doncaster and Bassetlaw NHS Foundation Trust, and Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust, where responsibilities encompassed providing high-level HR support, managing complex employment relations tasks, and facilitating training initiatives. Katie holds a PGDip in Human Resource Management from the University of Cumbria and has pursued multiple certifications to enhance knowledge in team leading and service improvement within health and social care.
