Dan Shea

Dan Shea is a seasoned professional in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza since September 2017. Prior to this role, Dan held various managerial positions at Charlie Brown's Fresh Grill from June 2011 to April 2017, including General Manager, where the focus was on revitalizing a declining restaurant and enhancing the brand's market presence as Beverage Director. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Manager for The OFFICE Beer Bar & Grill from October 2004 to June 2011, and as General Manager at The Office Beer Bar & Grill from November 1995 to October 2004. Dan holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Johnson & Wales University.
