Ingmar Dijkema

Ingmar Dijkema has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2001, they worked as an Interim Manager Finance at PlusTalent Interim Management bv until 2012. During this time, they gained experience in financial management and controlling. In 2008, they worked as a Controller a.i. at Strukton Integrale Projecten bv, where they were responsible for financial administration and controlling for various BVs.

In 2010, Dijkema joined Strukton Rail Oost as an Assistant Controller a.i., where they coordinated and supervised the financial administration. Ingmar was also involved in financial reporting, consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, and budgeting. Later that year, they briefly worked as a Medewerker Loonadministratie a.i. at PGGM.

In 2012, Dijkema became a Teamleider Crediteuren en Servicekosten at Bouwinvest, overseeing the daily operations of the accounts payable and service costs teams. Ingmar ensured accurate processing of purchase invoices and played a role in payment processing.

From 2014 to 2015, Dijkema worked as a Teamleider SSC at Bilfinger Real Estate B.V. Here, they supervised a team of 10 employees and managed the coordination of daily creditor, portfolio administration, and service cost tasks. Additionally, they coached and evaluated team members and interns.

In 2015, they briefly worked at BliXem Internet as an Assistent Controller/Adviseur Controller a.i. before joining GrandVision Benelux as a Specialist Crediteuren a.i. in 2016.

In 2016, Dijkema returned to Anthos Fund & Asset Management B.V. as an Operations Specialist Real Estate a.i., a role they continued in until the present.

Ingmar Dijkema started their education at Openbare M.A.V.O. in Soest, where they obtained their M.A.V.O. diploma in 1985. Ingmar then went on to attend Midland in Amersfoort from 1985 to 1988, where they pursued a degree in Administratie as part of the HAVO/MBO program. From 1988 to 1990, Ingmar studied at HEAO Utrecht, specializing in Bedrijfseconomie and earning a degree known as HEAO-BE. Finally, Ingmar completed their education from 1991 to 2002 at SPD Diploma, obtaining a Praehep degree in Bedrijfsadministratie.
