Ben Lacasse

Ben Lacasse is a seasoned engineer specializing in equipment and process engineering, currently serving as a Senior Equipment Process Engineer at Anthro since November 2024. Prior to this position, Ben worked at Cuberg from September 2021 to October 2024, focusing on cell assembly lines. Ben's experience also includes mechanical engineering roles at Countryman Associates, where responsibilities encompassed new product design, testing, and lifecycle management, as well as earlier internships in sales operations and corporate engineering with companies such as 5.11 Tactical and E. & J. Gallo Winery. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and completed an exchange program at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
