Alek Dimitriev

Alek Dimitriev is a proficient machine learning expert with a solid educational background, holding a PhD in Machine Learning from The University of Texas at Austin and advanced degrees in Computer Science from the University of Ljubljana. Current professional experience includes a role as a Member of Technical Staff at Anthropic, where work focuses on inference. Prior to this, Alek served as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer and Machine Learning Engineer at Google, contributing to the productionization of the Gemini project from June 2022 to March 2025.
