Hratch Achadjian currently serves in a GTM Leadership role at Anthropic since December 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure at Google from April 2015 to November 2025, where Achadjian held several leadership positions, including Head of AI GTM for North America and Head of AI Sales for the Western US. Achadjian has also led various sales initiatives focused on enterprise and strategic clients in fields such as quantum computing and AI.
