Jolyon Bloomfield

Jolyon Bloomfield is a professional in the field of applied AI and data science, currently serving as an Applied AI Researcher, Lead Data Scientist, and Senior Data Scientist at Point72 since August 2019. Prior to this role, Jolyon was a Lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from August 2013 to August 2019, where responsibilities included teaching undergraduate classes. Jolyon's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Cornell University, completed in 2013, and a Bachelor of Philosophy with Honors in Physics from The Australian National University, awarded in 2006.
