Owen Kaye-Kauderer is a member of the technical staff at Anthropic, focusing on compute capacity and allocation since May 2025. Prior to this, Owen co-founded Detect in June 2020, serving as both Chief Product Officer and Chief Business Officer. From September 2018 to March 2020, Owen was the Chief of Staff and co-founder of portfolio companies at 4Catalyzer, working closely with Jonathan Rothberg. Owen has also co-founded several other companies within the 4Catalyzer incubator, including Identifeye Health and Liminal Sciences, and has provided consulting services to Hyperfine and AI Therapeutics. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where Owen contributed to various strategic initiatives and investment strategies, as well as a brief stint as a contributor for MasterClass. Owen holds a Bachelor's degree, cum laude, in Humanities and Economics from Yale University, earned in 2016.
