Raza Habib

Raza Habib is a skilled professional with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Currently serving as a Member of the Technical Staff at Anthropic since August 2025, Raza previously co-founded and led Humanloop as CEO from March 2020 to August 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a Data Scientist at Monolith AI from January 2018 to January 2020, and as an AI Researcher with the Google AI team during a short tenure in 2019, focusing on controllable speech synthesis. Early career involvement included business development at JustPark from October 2014 to December 2015. Raza obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Machine Learning from UCL in June 2022, following a BA Hons and MSci in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, completed in June 2014.
