Debora Lehrer

VP, Brand & Marketing at Anti-Defamation League

Debora Lehrer is Vice President of Brand and Marketing, Deb is responsible for creating awareness of and engagement with ADL and its brand through impactful integrated campaigns and events. Her team works to tell ADL’s story using various platforms including email, ADL.org, direct mail and printed and online materials. Brand and Marketing also oversees digital fundraising efforts.

Deb joined ADL in August 2017 as a consultant, and program manager and was most recently the Director of Engagement Marketing. Prior to ADL, Deb’s experience includes leading marketing efforts for the 2017 World Baseball Classic during her second stint at Major League Baseball, is Director of Marketing for Thuzio, an influencer marketing, and sports events company, and serving as Manager of Communications and Digital Marketing for the NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee.

Deb has a BA in History and a minor in Jewish Studies from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
