Mark Froio

Mark Froio, P.C.Q.I have extensive work experience in the pest control industry. Mark began their career at Taco Bell as a Store Manager from 1983 to 1987. Mark then joined Terminix International as a Region Vice President, where they held complete responsibility for sales, operations, and administrative management for a $50MM Region for the Eastern half of the USA. Mark also played a key role in the start-up of all commercial operations east of the Mississippi.

Following their time at Terminix, Mark Froio worked at Marathon Data Systems as the Director of Sales, where they were recruited by the Chairman to lead the company's sales efforts. Mark directed the national sales activity and implemented sales training programs.

Mark then joined The Steritech Group as a Region Vice President, overseeing multi-unit operations in the Mid-Atlantic and New England states. Mark focused on pest prevention, food safety, and environmental hygiene for commercial accounts and was instrumental in developing new markets through dedicated sales efforts.

Mark Froio then returned to Western Pest Services, where they held multiple roles including Division Sales Manager, Director of Sales Operations, Regional Manager, and Region Sales Manager. In these roles, they achieved significant sales growth, increased sales productivity, implemented new CRM systems, and developed customer retention and cross-service programs.

Currently, Mark Froio is serving as the VP of Business Development and Call Center Operations at Anticimex, where they started in July 2022.

Mark Froio, P.C.Q.I. holds a minor degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General, both obtained from Rutgers University - Camden between 1980 and 1984. Prior to attending Rutgers University, Mark Froio attended Paul VI High School, though information about degrees or field of study from that institution is not available. In addition to their academic qualifications, Mark Froio also possesses professional certifications in Preventative Controls (obtained from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance in December 2017) and Preventing Workplace Harassment for Managers (obtained from Emtrain in July 2017).
