Denham Holmes has over 12 years of experience in finance and accounting. In 2021, they began working as Financial Controller for Antidote.me. Previously, they were Finance Director for Teacherly (2020) and a Finance Consultant (2020). From 2015-2014, they were Finance Director for HEALTHCARE LEARNING LTD, where they managed PE & Fund Manager-backed EdTech company utilizing advances in technology to provide in-house developed platforms and interactive content to global healthcare organizations. From 2014-2013, they held the roles of Interim Financial Consultant for Crossrider Plc and Interim Financial Controller for hVIVO, where they ensured finance sign-off on system migration from Sage 50 to Deltek Vision ERP system and prepared and lead of interim audit and subsequent release of stat accounts to AIM. Denham was also Interim EMEA Regional Controller for Mblox (now Sinch) (2013) and Interim Finance Director for Recoverex Ltd (2012), where they prepared business plans for successful investor funding rounds and subsidiary acquisition. From 2011-2009, they were Financial Controller for Gioteck, where they recommended and implemented cost cutting measures saving circa. £150k per year, and EMEA Financial Controller for Mblox (now Sinch), where they oversaw changes to complex operator payment models ensuring correct internal processing and VAT treatment.

Denham Holmes obtained their ACMA and CGMA certifications from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants between 2001 and 2004. Additionally, they obtained a BSc(Hons) in Industrial Studies from Sheffield Hallam University between 1989 and 1993.
