Megan is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Antique Candle Co.®, where they are responsible for strategic alignment, policy development, workforce planning, and team management. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Director and Manager at the same company, handling all HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, safety, training, benefits, and compliance.

Megan has also worked as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Ivy Tech Community College, where they leveraged their expertise to teach and guide students.
