Aja Guldhammer Henderson

Aja Guldhammer Henderson is a versatile professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Visiting Partner and Venture Partner at Antler since March 2023, Aja has also worked as an Independent Consultant since September 2018. Previously, Aja held the position of CEO at Reshopper from August 2016 to September 2018 and made significant contributions at Airbnb from February 2012 to April 2016, where roles included Country Manager Nordics & Netherlands and Head of Operations Nordics & Netherlands. Aja's earlier experience encompasses consulting and administrative positions at Emendo A/S, ERG Europe, and the Center for Strategic Management and Globalization, among others. Aja holds advanced degrees in International Business from Copenhagen Business School and the Indian Institute of Management, complemented by a BSc in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School.
