Paul Endacott

Paul Endacott is an experienced professional in the recruitment and executive search industry, currently serving as an Advisor to Antler portfolio companies since April 2020. As the Founder and CEO of GRIT Search, established in January 2020, Paul has a robust background that includes launching and leading HaTCH powered by Ambition in the Asia region from July 2017 to December 2019, which became a key player in talent services for startups and high-growth tech companies. Paul held various significant roles at Ambition between 2008 and 2019, including Regional Managing Director for Asia and Managing Director for Singapore, where strategic market growth was prioritized. Early career experience includes positions at Michael Page Finance and Reuters Business Insight/Datamonitor. Paul holds an Upper Second Class degree in Psychology from the University of Westminster.
