Simon Dance

Simon Dance is an experienced advisor and operator currently mentoring early-stage startup founders at Antler since August 2023. As an angel investor since December 2021, Simon focuses on Pre-Seed investments, particularly in marketing technology and marketplaces. Previously, Simon served as Chief Commercial Officer at Lyst from June 2019 to May 2024, where contributions included driving substantial sales growth for leading fashion brands. Simon also held positions as a board advisor at Blue Array SEO and had a notable tenure at Amazon as Head of SEO (EU). Simon's extensive background in SEO and digital marketing began in various roles, including SEO Director at HouseTrip and SEO Manager at Cheapflights.co.uk. Simon earned a Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism Management from Northumbria University.
