VP, Strategy & Innovation at Antofagasta

Alan Muchnik is currently the VP, Strategy & Innovation at Antofagasta. Prior to this, they were with BHP Billiton for 10 years, where they were the Manager of Commercial Studies. In this role, they were responsible for identifying and assessing alternatives to enable growth plans for Olympic Dam, as well as managing relations with the South Australia State Government to explore partnership opportunities.

Alan has a proven track record of identifying and implementing growth opportunities, and is an expert in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Alan's experience and skills will be a valuable asset to Antofagasta as they continue to grow and expand their operations.

Alan Muchnik has a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Alan also has a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
