Lara Facchinetti

Lara Facchinetti has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Direzione Risorse Umane at Antonio Zamperla S.p.a. since September 2016. Prior to this role, Lara worked at Gruppo Pam from June 2006 to June 2016, where responsibilities included change management, organizational planning, career planning, compensation and benefits policies, training, and recruiting as HR Development & Organisation Director. Lara also held positions at Gruppo Pam as HR Manager from 2004 to 2005 and focused on training and career development from 1998 to 2000. Lara holds a Laurea in Lingue, specializing in Russian and English Language and Literature from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, completed between 1991 and 1997.
