Joe LoBue

Joe LoBue has over 13 years of work experience as a mechanical design engineer with a focus on alternative energy. Joe worked as an Engineering Fellow at Antora Energy and as a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer at 3D Systems Corporation. Joe served as a Principal Member of Technical Staff at FTC Solar, Inc. and was a Senior Mechanical Engineer at EOS and Vulcan Labs, a Stratasys spin-off. Joe also worked as a Senior Thermal Engineer at Stratasys, where they worked for three years. Before working at Stratasys, Joe served as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at SunEdison AG, a Part-Time Consultant at Livengood Medical, and Design Engineering Manager/Senior Design Engineer at HelioVolt. Joe started their career at Abound Solar as a Senior Design Engineer.

Joe LoBue earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University between 1991 and 1996. Joe later pursued Master's coursework at Colorado State University, where they studied Material Issues in Mechanical Design (ME 532); the exact dates of this coursework are unknown.
