Anida Tufekcic

Anida Tufekcic has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Anida started their career in 2017 as a Salesperson at IKEA Group, where they gained skills in customer service and communication. Anida then worked as a Practicum at Macforum AB and later as a Store Advisor at the same company. At Stena Line, Anida worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant (assignment) from November 2021 to February 2022.

Starting from June 2021, Anida joined Scania Group as a Talent Acquisition Consultant (assignment), contributing to the company's IT-driven transformation and recruitment efforts in the field of electric, connected, and self-driving vehicles. Afterwards, Anida worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Ants Tech Recruiters, specializing in tech recruitment, sourcing, and agile HR. Anida also played a vital role in the establishment of the Ants Techrek Learning Academy to share knowledge and educate employees in the industry.

Continuing their expertise in HR, Anida worked as an HR Tech Consultant at Entiros Integrations and Ants HR Tech. At Entiros Integrations, they were involved in HR tech projects, and at Ants HR Tech, they focused on supporting clients in their digital transformation journeys.

Anida also took on consultancy roles in Talent Acquisition and HR Tech at Brainforest Agency and Resurs Bank respectively. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, they were assigned to Resurs Bank and was responsible for talent acquisition from November 2022 to February 2023.

More recently, Anida worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (assignment) at Karma and was involved in talent acquisition consulting for the company.

Throughout their work experience, Anida has consistently demonstrated their skills in talent acquisition, HR technology, and learning and development. Anida has gained experience in various industries such as tech recruitment, transportation, retail, and banking.

Anida Tufekcic pursued a Master's programme in Strategic Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from the University of Gothenburg between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Kandidatexamen degree in Personal- och arbetslivsfrågor, with a specialization in pedagogik, from Lund University, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Anida Tufekcic also earned a certification from Techrek Academy in October 2022, affiliated with Ants Tech Recruiters.
