Benjamin Karlsson

Benjamin Karlsson has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Benjamin started their career in 2017 as a Project Lead at Skellefteå kommun, where they supervised an integration project for high school students. In 2018, they joined EVRY as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, responsible for recruiting IT professionals. Benjamin then worked at various companies on short-term assignments, including Apotek Hjärtat and Discovery Inc, focusing on talent acquisition. In 2020, they took on a Talent Acquisition role at Euro Accident, contributing to creating safe and healthy workplaces through insurance policies. Since 2019, Benjamin has been associated with Ants Tech Recruiters, where they initially served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. In 2019, they were promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager, specializing in IT and engineering recruitment and employer branding. Currently, they hold the position of People & Talent Manager at Ants Tech Recruiters. In 2022, they will join Ants Executive Search as an Executive Recruitment Manager.

Benjamin Karlsson completed their education at Umeå University. Benjamin obtained a Degree of Master of Science in Leadership & Organisation from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, they earned a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Sport Education. In addition to their formal education, Benjamin Karlsson also obtained additional certifications. In February 2020, they acquired certifications from ACE (Master Sverige) and MPA (Master Sverige).
