Sofia Rosby has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Sofia currently holds the position of People & Talent Manager at Ants Tech Recruiters, where they specialize in technical industries such as IT and engineering. Prior to this, Sofia served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at the same company. Sofia also worked as a Talent Acquisition consultant at Ants, gaining expertise in tech recruitment, sourcing, and agile HR.

In addition to their role at Ants, Sofia has worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner (Consultant) at Tobii AB, a global leader in eye tracking technology. Sofia contributed to the company's mission of creating technology that aligns with natural human behavior, particularly for individuals with speech impairments.

Sofia has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Scandic Hotels, where they played a role in the largest Nordic hotel operator's mission of providing great hotel experiences. Later, Sofia attended Karlstad University from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Kandidatexamen (Bachelor's degree) in Personal och arbetsliv (Personal and work life). In 2017, they also completed a 15 hp (Higher Education Credits) course in English for Practical and Professional Purposes.

Additionally, Sofia has obtained certifications. In February 2020, they completed the ACE kapacitetstest (ACE capacity test) from Master Sverige. Sofia also completed the MPA Personlighetstest (MPA personality test) from Master Sverige in the same month and year.
