Sacha Allari has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Customer Service Assistant at IKEA Group, handling inbound calls, assisting customers, and addressing complaints. In 2001, they joined Vue Entertainment where they took on various roles including Team Leader/Supervisor, Projection, and Staff Member. In this position, they achieved daily sales targets, utilized technology systems, and managed marketing and stock control. From 2004 to 2005, Sacha worked at Chelsea Football Club as a Switchboard/Cameraman, responsible for setting up cameras, collaborating with directors and producers, and ensuring guest satisfaction. In 2012, they joined the H&T Group plc as a Trainee Manager/Team Leader, involved in jewelry sales, testing gold and diamonds, and working across multiple locations. Sacha later worked at Green Man Gaming as Customer Support, providing assistance to customers through emails and phone calls, processing refunds, and conducting website testing. Following this, from 2017 to 2018, Sacha served as a Sales Administrator at Audiolink Ltd, responsible for ordering and controlling stock and coordinating deliveries. Sacha then moved on to SEGA Europe where they held the role of QA Tester from 2018 to 2019, following test plans, identifying bugs, and creating accurate bug descriptions. Subsequently, they joined Antstream Arcade in 2019 as a QA Tester, focusing on thorough testing, bug identification, and detailed bug descriptions. Throughout their various roles, Sacha has consistently demonstrated attention to detail, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
