Mattias Wallen has extensive work experience in project management and business consulting. Mattias started their career as a Management Consultant at Prodacapo AB in 1997, where they specialized in Business Process Management, activity-based costing, and Balanced Scorecard. Mattias then joined Lantmännen in 2006, where they held multiple roles, including Service Management and Corporate Change and Development. During their time at Lantmännen, they successfully implemented IT Service Management processes and established a program office for managing the group's change projects. In 2012, they joined ICA as a Senior Project Manager, leading projects focused on implementing new strategies and major IT implementations. Since 2013, Mattias has been working at Antura AB, initially as a Senior Project Manager and Business Developer, and currently as a Sales Manager and Senior Business Consultant. In their current role, they are responsible for driving sales processes and leading implementations of Antura Projects, a tool for Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management used by over 200,000 users worldwide.
Mattias Wallen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University between 1992 and 1995. Prior to that, they attended Brännkyrka Gymnasium from 1988 to 1991, and Södra Ängby from 1979 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, they received certifications such as the PMP - Project Management Professional (PMI) and Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in March 2012.
