Leisha Lister is a seasoned International Child Rights Consultant with extensive experience in law and justice, particularly focusing on children's rights and juvenile justice reforms. Currently engaged with UNICEF and Child Frontiers, Lister assesses the implementation of juvenile justice laws and evaluates child adoption systems in Cambodia, alongside efforts to analyze the child justice workforce across South Asia. Lister has contributed to various initiatives as a Senior Law & Justice Adviser with the Australia Indonesia Partnership for Justice and other international programs aimed at combating child trafficking and improving judicial processes. An active board member with the World Congress on Family Law and Children's Rights, Lister holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Criminology & Criminal Justice and a Juris Doctorate.
