Phillip Thomley

Phillip Thomley has worked for several companies over the course of their career. In 2022, they began working as a Plant Manager for Anuvia Plant Nutrients. Prior to this, they were an Assistant Superintendent for Mosaic Fertilizer LLC from 2018 to 2011. From 2011 to 2010, they served as a Terminal Operations Coordinator and Project Engineer for The Mosaic Company. In 2009, they were a Process Engineering Co-op for The Mosaic Company and in 2008, they were a Researcher for Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.

Phillip Thomley received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Florida between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts from Florida College between 2006 and 2008. Phillip also holds a Professional Engineering License FL (P.E.) from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers (FBPE). Additionally, they have a Project Management certification from the Project Management Institute and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
