N J R Srinivas

N J R Srinivas has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. N J R started their career at the Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) in 1990 as a Senior Technical Officer, working in the R&D department. At ECIL, they were involved in the design and development of application software and hardware for the Automated Power Supply Testing System prototype.

In 2001, Srinivas founded their own company, Tejaswi Info Innovations, where they worked as a Freelance Software Consultant. N J R provided embedded and application software development as well as mentoring services to professionals in leading software companies such as Intel, Bosch, Philips, and GE.

From 2006 to 2012, Srinivas joined ELICO Ltd. as a Sr. Manager, leading a team of more than 30 developers. N J R was responsible for designing and developing frameworks for low-level control communication and data acquisition interfaces for analytical instruments. Additionally, they created reusable component toolkit libraries and simulator applications for software testing and verification.

In 2012, Srinivas transitioned to the role of Asst. General Manager at Elico Ltd., where they focused on the design and development of large-scale application software. N J R worked on projects related to Elico's Automated Water Testing lab, which included controlling and automating the analysis process using various instruments and implementing smart card-based Geo Tagging of water samples.

Starting in 2018, Srinivas took on the role of General Manager (Software Design & Development) at Elico Limied. In this position, they provided value-added technical guidance to the development team, led multiple product development teams, and delivered IoT-enabled web applications using Angular and ASP.

Currently, Srinivas holds the position of Vice President of Engineering at Anvation Labs, which they joined in 2022.

N J R Srinivas completed their education at various institutions. N J R first attended M G H School from 1979 to 1983, where they earned their S S C degree with a focus on English, Telugu, Physics, and Maths. N J R then enrolled in G C Jr College from 1983 to 1985, obtaining an Intermediate degree with a specialization in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. Afterwards, they attended Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. N J R Srinivas continued their studies at the same university from 1993 to 1995 and obtained a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Digital Systems and Computer Engineering.
