Carlos Andrés Hernández Galaviz is an experienced process engineer with a robust background in capital project development, process optimization, and education. Currently serving as the Process Engineer Work Group Lead at Anvil Corporation since May 2021, Carlos leads project development and equipment sizing utilizing Aspen HYSYS. Previous roles include Lead Process Engineer at Sucroliq, where Carlos optimized production processes, and a tenure as a College Professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, emphasizing interactive learning in chemical engineering subjects. As a founding partner and Plant Manager at Santa Co. Cervecera, Carlos successfully scaled operations from pilot to microbrewery while managing quality and client relations.
