Matias Garcia

Matias Garcia serves as the Board Chair for Anvil of Hope since March 2020, focusing on mentoring and youth enrichment programs aimed at breaking the cycle of poverty. Matias has extensive experience in operational leadership and lean manufacturing, having held positions such as Group Leader at GKN Aerospace and Operational Excellence Consultant at Excella Advisors. Previous roles include Director of Operations and Director of Manufacturing at Solecta, Inc., and positions at Henry Schein, Sekisui Diagnostics, and Ophthonix. Matias holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and several certifications in lean manufacturing and demand flow technologies.
