Account Manager, Solutions Architect at Anvl

Katie Jordan has extensive experience in environmental compliance and program management. Katie started their career at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Gallatin County as an Outdoor Programs Intern. Katie then worked as a Sustainability Intern at Butler University Center for Urban Ecology, where they performed data collection and research for recycling and environmental education initiatives. At Indiana Wildlife Federation, they served as a Habitat Programs Intern.

In 2015, Katie joined Cummins Inc. as an Environmental Associate, and later moved on to GHD as an Environmental Compliance Specialist. At GHD, they managed multi-media environmental compliance projects and led an internal environmental sustainability program.

Katie then joined Encamp, initially as a Compliance Program Associate before progressing to roles such as Customer Success Manager and Strategic Program Manager. At Encamp, they managed customer interactions, implemented customer data, and ensured compliance with environmental regulations. Katie also collaborated with product and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve data quality.

Katie's most recent role, at Anvl, is as an Account Manager and Solutions Architect.

Katie Jordan completed their Bachelors of Liberal Arts degree in Science, Technology and Society from Butler University between 2013 and 2015. Katie then pursued Environmental Studies at Lake Forest College from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, Katie briefly attended The University of Freiburg to study Environmental Studies and Sustainability.

In addition to their formal education, Katie has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed a 40-Hour Hazwoper certification from GHD. In 2016, they obtained an ISO 50001 Superior Energy Performance Lead Auditor certification from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Katie also holds a Cummins Energy Champion certification from Cummins Inc. obtained in 2015. In 2017, Katie earned an IATA Dangerous Goods Shipping certification from T&M Associates, and in 2016, they completed a DOT and Hazardous Materials Shipping certification from Heritage Environmental Services. Additionally, Katie has completed 24 hours in ArcGIS, although the institution from which they obtained this certification is unknown.
