Elizabeth Tait Msw

Elizabeth 'Libby' Tait MSW, ASW is an experienced Medical Social Worker with a career spanning over a decade in diverse healthcare settings. Currently, Elizabeth works at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center since December 2018, and has been with ANX Home Healthcare and Hospice Care since August 2011. Previous roles include Palliative Social Worker at Kaiser Permanente, and various positions at Sutter Health, Vitas Healthcare, and Odyssey Hospice, among others. Elizabeth's early career included experience as a Geriatric Social Worker in skilled nursing facilities and an advocate for residents in long-term care. Elizabeth holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
