David Rieger

David Rieger has extensive work experience in the field of data and information security. David currently holds the position of VP Data & CISO at Anyline, a role they began in January 2022. Prior to this, David worked at SEC Consult Group from 2016 to 2022, starting as an Information Security Management Consultant and later becoming the Datenschutzbeauftragter. David also has previous experience as a Praktikant im Entwicklungsbereich at Fachhochschule St Pölten in 2013 and 2011.

David Rieger's education history includes earning a Matura degree in Netzwerktechnik from HTL Rennweg in 2014. David then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science in IT Security from Fachhochschule St Pölten from 2014 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Information Security from the same institution. Currently, David is studying Rechtswissenschaften at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, working towards a Magister degree, which they are expected to complete by 2024.
