Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing and GTM processes across PLG and Sales-led motions, and driving operational excellence and efficiency across all marketing initiatives. Three key areas for this role are to (1) align with SDR & Sales (2) measure and attribute every marketing touch-points, and (3) scale our marketing effort & dollar to go further.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Automation: Oversee the implementation and management of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to streamline workflows, nurture leads, and optimize campaign performance
  • Data Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive data management strategy, ensuring accurate and up-to-date lead/contact/account/opportunity information for segmentation, targeting, and personalization
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, create, execute, and measure marketing campaigns, leveraging automation tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analytics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
  • Marketing Technology Stack: Evaluate, recommend, and implement new marketing technologies and tools to support the evolving needs of the marketing team and improve overall effectiveness
  • Training and Enablement: Provide training and support to marketing team members on marketing automation platforms, processes, and best practices to ensure alignment and proficiency
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and establish governance policies to maintain data integrity and security

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience 5+ years in marketing operations in B2B SaaS
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and other technologies such as Google Tag Manager, Mutiny, Clearbit, 6sense, Common Room, and many others
  • Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Certification in marketing automation platforms (e.g HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus
