Roman Ugarte

Roman Ugarte is a professional with a strong background in engineering and finance. Currently serving as the Head of GTM Engineering at Anysphere since November 2024, Ugarte previously held the position of Product Lead at Point72 Private Investments from June 2023 to May 2024. Ugarte was the Founder and CEO of Hubble, which was acquired by Point72, from May 2022 to May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Analyst and Summer Intern at Pantera Capital from May 2021 to February 2022. Ugarte holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Harvard University, where studies were completed from January 2020 to January 2024, and graduated with a High School Diploma from the Liberal Arts & Science Academy in January 2020.
