Rachel Y.

Rachel Y. has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources. Rachel began their career in 2011 as a Recruitment Consultant at H.I.R.E. Inc., a headhunting firm. In 2012, they moved to PMFTC Inc. (Philip Morris International, Philippine Affiliate) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2014, they worked as an Interim Talent Acquisition Manager at Pfizer. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Freelance Consultant - Interim HR Manager at Pinoy Partners Outsourcing Center Inc. (PPOC). From 2017 to 2019, they were a BU Operations Manager (Viventis Interim Management) and Senior Consultant (executive search) at Viventis Search Asia. From 2019 to 2021, they were an HR Operations Manager, Manila and HR Operations Consultant, Manila at Cielo Talent. Currently, they are a Human Resources Director at Anytime Mailbox and a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant on a freelance basis.

Rachel Y. graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in 1997 with a B.Sc in Psychology. In 2002, they obtained a Masters in Industrial Relations from the University of the Philippines Diliman. In 2021, Rachel Y. obtained two certifications from Six Sigma PH, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB).
