Maaike Altenburg

Maaike Altenburg currently serves as the People / HR Director at NIMBL Recruitment B.V. since March 2024. Prior to this role, Maaike held various positions at STX from December 2017 to March 2024, including Head of HR, HR and Talent Acquisition Lead, and HR Manager. Earlier experience includes HR Advisor, Senior Recruiter, and Campus Recruiter Tech at Accenture from February 2014 to December 2017, as well as Campus Recruitment Advisor and Sales Intercedent during a management traineeship at Tempo-Team from December 2010 to January 2014. Maaike Altenburg earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Event Management from Hogeschool TIO UTRECHT (2005-2010) and completed a program at Cornell University in 2017.
