John Harrell

John Harrell has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the financial services industry. John currently holds the position of Vice President at Anywhere Integrated Services, where they are responsible for national operations center and process optimization teams. John focuses on increasing efficiency through automation, digitization, and standardization of title processes. Previously, at USAA, John served as the Head of Channel Analytics and Vice President of Product Management for real estate lending. John led the product management function to develop competitive mortgage and home equity products. Before that, they worked as a Vice President at Capital One, where they oversaw mortgage fulfillment. John also held director-level positions at CitiMortgage and Capital One Bank, where they managed fulfillment operations and collections strategy. John's earlier work experience includes serving as a Lieutenant in the US Navy.

John Harrell earned a High School Diploma with Honors from JJ Pearce in 1988. John then went on to receive a BBA in Engineering Management from The University of Texas at Austin in 1992. Later, they pursued an MBA in Management from San Diego State University, completing it in 1999.
